3dsky Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 3dsky platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3dsky platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 3dsky as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the date you first access the platform or create an account, whichever comes earlier. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 3dsky platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that use of this service is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3dsky reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that are unable to verify this requirement.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 3dsky platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. 3dsky recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported the misuse to us.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 3dsky support team immediately at [email protected]. Our platform will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone — do not share sensitive account information with anyone claiming to represent the platform.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 3dsky platform agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or activity that harms other users is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the 3dsky platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without authorisation
- Attempting to breach, hack, or interfere with the platform's security systems
- Spreading false or misleading information, or any material that could damage the reputation of the platform or other users
- Using another person's account or creating an account with a false identity
- Engaging in any form of fraud in gameplay or financial transactions
- Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another party without prior written consent from 3dsky
3dsky reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension or closure, balance withholding, and reporting to the relevant authorities — if any violation is detected or suspected.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the 3dsky platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid. Use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending verification.
Successful deposits are credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. 3dsky is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial service providers. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:
- The account must have completed the required identity verification process
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by support
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply in accordance with the platform's current policies
- 3dsky reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits
Liability Limits and Account Policies
3dsky provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions from time to time, and 3dsky is not liable for any losses arising from temporary service unavailability.
In all circumstances, 3dsky's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. 3dsky is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
3dsky reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected fraud or illegal activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, requests from relevant authorities, or at the platform's discretion for security reasons. Users whose accounts are suspended due to proven fraud are not entitled to a refund of their balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 3dsky customer support via email. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable verification requirements and the absence of any unresolved disputes.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the 3dsky platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 3dsky or third parties that have licensed it to the platform. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written consent.
Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users who submit feedback, suggestions, or comments to 3dsky agree that the platform may use such information without compensation for service improvement purposes.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
3dsky reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms — including questions regarding the existence, validity, or termination of this agreement — shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
