Active account data is retained for as long as the account remains active. Following account closure, transaction records are kept for seven years in accordance with Malaysian legal requirements before being securely deleted.

Continued use of the 3dsky platform after a change notice is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this document.
